What is a TPMS sensor? A TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensor monitors your tire pressure and sends alerts when levels are too low. Most modern vehicles require functioning TPMS sensors by law for safety and compliance.
Are your TPMS sensors compatible with my vehicle? Yes — our sensors are designed to be plug-and-play replacements for most 2010+ Mercedes-Benz, 2014+ BMW, and select other makes/models. Please check your vehicle’s year, make, and model before ordering. If unsure, contact us and we’ll help confirm fitment.
Do I need to program or code these sensors? No. Our sensors come pre-programmed and auto-learn to your vehicle once installed. In most cases, the car will automatically recognize the new sensor after driving for a short distance.
Do I need a mechanic to install them? Installation is recommended at a tire shop when replacing or swapping tires. The sensor installs directly into the valve stem of your wheel.
How long do TPMS sensors last? On average, TPMS sensors last 5–7 years before the internal battery runs out. Our sensors are built with long-life batteries for maximum durability.
Do you offer a warranty? Yes — all sensors come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accidents, or wear-and-tear.
What’s your return/refund policy? We accept returns of unused and unopened sensors within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Used or installed sensors cannot be returned for safety reasons. See our full Return Policy for details.
How long does shipping take? We currently ship within Canada. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking will be provided once shipped.
Can I pick up locally? At this time we only offer shipping, but we’re working on adding a local pickup option in the future.
Do I need to replace all four sensors at once? Not always. If only one sensor fails, you can replace just that one. However, if your vehicle is over 5 years old, it’s often best to replace all four to avoid multiple shop visits.
